Secure fenced yards for lease – convenient main street access –close to M 7 motorway and access to all major South West Sydney roads- 6 km distance to new Leppington train station-
1.5 acre (6000m2) of flat, securely lockable and fenced yard, cleared of rubbish, contains old large colourbond shed. Yard is located behind the 3 dwellings- 1 house and two small cabins -which are divided by fences from the offered yard, so yard is secluded from the main street- see photos and drawings.
From the main street gate, the gravel driveway leads to the offered-for-lease yard, which contains fertile green pasture and only few trees.
Water and electricity- shared with third dwelling (demountable house) - can be offered- subject to agreement ⁄ bond for usage- with owner.
Two options are offered:
Option 1. Use of the driveway from the main street (through two lockable gates) straight to the 1.5 acre of back yard
Option 2. Additional to option 1, offered is approx. 800m2 of another yard (separately fenced) at the front to the main street, and along the driveway that leads to the 1.5 acre of back yard- see drawing. Great to park the tenants car⁄ horse float⁄ cart or small ute, have access to electricity- saves the need to drive to the back yard⁄ or to use back yard for car parking- handy especially in the bad weather.
The back yard is great for horse agistment (note- that we haven’t got stables, yet shed can be good for shelter), for couple of quiet hobby animals, vegie garden (for family use- no large outbuildings to erect, yet sprinklers can be laid) or small quiet business (that does not required public visits).

No additional residential cabins can be erected, due to Council restriction.
